CouchSurfing in Tewkesbury

Stayed at 67 y.o. artist's place by the river Lower Avon. His name is Roger. He paints, makes sculpture and takes photos, therefore, his exhibition is being opened in Stroud until this Thursday. Roger was an interesting person to talk to and know his life story or at least pieces of it.


  
The images were taken in the natural light - the sunset.

    I like the way the darker parts of this picture bring empasis to the lighter part and really draw focus to the light parts, and it really brings the colours out in the chair. It gives it an ambiguous atmosphere. xx
